All Grayson Tighe writing instruments are guaranteed against failures due to defective materials or workmanship throughout its life with the original owner.

Ink refills depleted in the course of normal use, fountain pen nibs and other parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, or abuse, are excluded from this Lifetime Guarantee. Also excluded are damaged natural materials like; Mammoth Ivory, Horn, Wood, etc. because of their unpredictable nature. Tarnished and or oxidized metals are also not covered.

In the unlikely event that you come across a mechanical failure with any Grayson Tighe writing instrument, we will repair or replace it without charge. If repair is required, please call or e-mail before sending the pen to discuss the problem and for shipping instructions. Every effort will be made to resolve the problem.
